CHICAGO (WGN) — Blocks-long lines wrapped around Another Chance Church on Chicago’s South Side Monday evening, as organizers expected more than 20,000 kids to receive holiday gifts.
At the very front of the line since 4 a.m. was a grandmother determined to get toys for her eight grandkids.
