It’s amazing what you can find when you look hard enough. A sheriff’s office in Illinois followed a suspicious truck back to a warehouse and what they found inside dropped their jaws as $2 million dollars in stolen goods were being stored inside.
I came across this interesting Illinois bust on the trucking industry site CDL Life. It’s based on a share by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office on their Facebook/Meta page which documented a $2 million dollar bust they made in December.
This caper started when an insurance company notified the Cook County Sheriff’s Office of a theft of products in a Target trailer. The GPS of the truck was tracked to 4100 block of 166th Street in Oak Forest, Illinois. Sheriff’s deputies met with the warehouse…..
