Chick-fil-A murder suspect found unfit for trial; to remain in custody for treatment

The man accused of murdering a delivery driver at an Oswego Chick-fil-A has been found unfit for trial.

A Kendall County judge ruled Tuesday that 20-year-old Darryl Lee of Kankakee will be placed into secure treatment with the Illinois Department of Human Services until he is fit to stand trial. The ruling was based the judge’s own observations and a report from an independent evaluator.
