The Bronzeville community is on edge after a beloved Chicago special education teacher seemingly vanished into thin air, leaving her family scrambling for answers and her husband pleading for help.
Linda Brown, 53, a longtime educator, was last seen Saturday afternoon in the 4500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Police say she was driving her blue 2021 Honda Civic, heading out for what should’ve been a routine weekly acupuncture appointment. But she never made it.
According to her husband, Antwon Brown, who spoke with NBC Chicago, the night before was normal and the kind of night nobody would ever think could be their last together. The couple stayed in, watched a movie, and Linda turned in early. “I woke up at 8:45 a.m., and she was gone,” Antwon said……
