Father accused of beating son’s emotional support dog to death in Hanover Park

HANOVER PARK, Ill. — A suburban father is accused of beating his son’s emotional support dog to death last year.

Sandeep Dhillion, 47, of Hanover Park, was taken into custody Monday on a charge of aggravated cruelty to animals stemming from an alleged incident back in August.
