Illinois State Police have cited employees of five St. Charles stores for allegedly selling alcohol to minors.
State Police Zone 1 Cmdr. Ramiro Montes said the citations were issued this month as part of Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement surveillance at establishments in St. Charles.
