Naperville, IL – A 19-year-old Naperville man was arrested Monday after allegedly fleeing police in a stolen vehicle and later resisting arrest, according to the Naperville Police Department.
The incident began around 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, when officers detected a stolen 2007 Honda Civic through license plate reader technology. The vehicle, reported stolen the previous day from the 900 block of N. Brainard Street, was tracked by an Illinois State Police trooper into Naperville, where officers attempted a stop in the 800 block of N. Brainard Street.
