NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WGN) – A Naperville woman has been found guilty of murdering her boyfriend back in 2020.
The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office said just after 2:15 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2020, then-35-year-old Rosa Lagrone was at her home in the 0-100 block of West Keswick Lane with her boyfriend, Darnell Manns, and the two were arguing about Manns dating another woman.
The argument later escalated, leading to Lagrone shooting Manns with a pistol, hitting him in one of his arms and his torso, according to investigators.
