A man accused of being under the influence before a fatal wreck near Utica has pleaded not guilty to his charges.
Thirty-one-year-old Salvador Quintana-Evans of Joliet was back in court recently. He pleaded not guilty to four counts of aggravated DUI causing a fatal crash and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Quintana-Evans was given an April jury trial date.
Last May, the Illinois State Police say a minivan that Quintana-Evans was driving rear-ended a semi on eastbound Interstate 80 between Utica and Ottawa. The minivan overturned.
