I’m not a shoplifter, so I’m trying to put myself in that mindset. Okay, so the suspect walks into a Jewel-Osco in Joliet. The guy has a plan. He’s grabbing some deodorant. I understand that. No one wants to be the smelly person. The man is hungry, so he is thinking about food too. This dude is in a grocery store. He can literally grab any kind of grub he wants, and he goes with pizza puffs. I mean, pizza puffs are good, but definitely not worth getting arrested…..
