The opening of a Quiktrip in Minooka should be in a few months. The Minooka Village Board this week approved a liquor license request as Mayor Ric Offerman explains.
“For a class d liquor license for the, soon to be open Quiktrip on Ridge Road, we would need to change from a two to three for this class d and, it is pending. They are finding a local agent, who will then go through the fingerprinting on clearance, get our license, and then that would allow them to get the state license which, both are needed before they can, sell any packaged goods.”
