A New Lenox man was arrested early Feb. 21 after police found him passed out behind the wheel of a car with vomit covering the center console at Rachel Lane and Pentagon Drive in Orland Park.
Vincent J. DiCastillo, 39, was charged with driving under the influence. Police said when they woke him, he admitted to drinking but denied he had been driving — and refused to take a sobriety test.
Officers arrived to find DiCastillo slumped over the center console, the windows fogged from inside. A “large amount” of vomit covered the console, according to the police report…
