ADDISON, Ill. — A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on southbound Interstate 355 in Addison Monday morning.
SkyCam9 overhead at around 7:30 a.m. at southbound I-355 near Army Trail Road spotted three vehicles that appeared to be in a crash toward the side of the road.
Two vehicles were on tow trucks and one is still in the dirt off the side of the highway…
