New Lenox police were dispatched to the 1100-block of N. Cedar Road in New Lenox on March 23, for a report of a domestic disturbance.
On arrival, officers learned that 38-year old Margaret R. Hurley had a confrontation with her dating partner. During the confrontation, Hurley grabbed onto the complainant’s arm and caused several scratches with her fingernails. The complainant did not require medical attention, and Hurley was taken into custody and transported to the NLPD, and charged with Domestic Battery.
