KANE COUNTY, Ill. (WGN) — A 29-year-old woman is charged in connection with the hit-and-run death of a motorcyclist, police in St. Charles said Thursday.
One day earlier, just after 10:50 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, police responded to the intersection of Country Club Road and North 5th Avenue for a traffic crash involving an SUV and a motorcycle, resulting in injuries.
According to police, a witness at the scene reported that the SUV driver may have taken off.
