AURORA, Ill. (WGN) — A chemical spill near a busy outlet mall in west suburban Aurora had crews working for hours Tuesday after a semi leaked a significant amount of bleach.
It happened just before 10:30 a.m. in the 2700 block of Beverly Drive, not far from Chicago Premium Outlets.
The Aurora Fire Department said a container of concentrated bleach inside the trailer was punctured, spilling nearly 30 gallons. Some of the liquid seeped into nearby storm drains…
