A St. Charles man is being charged in the deaths of a Geneva couple in a crash last September in Geneva.
The Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office says 20-year-old Charles T. Rodgers is charged with reckless homicide, reckless driving, unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and speeding.
