Diala, who is completing a master’s degree in Ancient Middle Eastern Studies, and Carolyn, a veteran of three restaurant franchises, are eager to bring their personal passion for the cuisine to the local community.

“My mother and I are both excited about opening the restaurant and making these delicious recipes for our guests, many of whom have never experienced them,” said Diala Michael. “We have been eating this type of food all our lives, and we can’t wait to share it.”
