Douglas Elliman is expanding its Gulf Coast presence with the return of Johnathan Shirey to its Naples office and the addition of Katie Cobb and Tara Miller, founding partners of Selling the Florida Coast, to its Sarasota location.
After leaving the brokerage for Gulf Coast International Properties late in 2025, Shirey has returned to Douglas Elliman, where he will serve as director of luxury sales and sales associate at its Naples office at 536 Park St. There, he will continue to focus on Naples’ high-end development, branded residences, waterfront condominiums and premier coastal neighborhoods.
