October 27, 2026 – BH Group, led by South Florida real estate developer Isaac Toledano, and Gold Standard of Care, led by Michael Verbitsky, have acquired AdviniaCare Naples, a five-acre assisted living and skilled nursing campus in Naples, Florida, for $10 million.
