BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — Discovery Senior Living has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the management contracts for 26 seniors housing communities from Senior Solutions Management Group (SSMG).
According to Discovery, the portfolio is concentrated in eight states in the South and the Southeast.
