The preeminent Uptown Naples Fine Art Festival moves to a new location this year – Pelican Bay at the intersection of Laurel Oak Drive and U.S. 41 in Naples. The festival is a 2-day event, Saturday and Sunday Jan. 27-28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The festival is free and open to the public.
