Going, going, sold: Naples Winter Wine Festival’s online auction raises over $1 million

With the hopes of raising $1 million, the Naples Winter Wine Festival’s online auction exceeded expectations. Continuing its record-breaking streak, 2024 was the first time a goal was set for this component of the Festival.

Going, going, sold

The top grosser at $140,000: A “VIP Andrea Bocelli Concert Experience in Orlando, Florida.” Seven couples bid $20,000 each for a package that includes roundtrip private air to the Kia Center and tickets for the show in a private suite with wine and dinner.

Other highlights:

  • $22,000 nabbed a very rare “Vertical Collection of Pappy Van Winkle.”
  • $21,000 for “Three Enchanted Nights in the Big Apple” staying on Fifth Avenue, tickets to Broadway, a private wine tasting at Italian Wine Merchants on Union Square and other bells and whistles.
  • “The Ultimate Girls Trip to Palm Beach” sold for $19,000 with roundtrip private air, two nights at The Colony, lunch at Swifty’s and vouchers for Marissa Collections plus a private dinner at the boutique’s Palm Beach penthouse.
