The $30 million-plus residential listing market has two new entries in Naples. This follows the listing late last month for a $45 million home in the Port Royal neighborhood of Naples. There are currently at least 15 listings of homes priced at at least $30 million in Southwest Florida, most of those in Naples, according to MLS data. At least another five properties are priced from $29 million to $30 million.
