Old Dominion, Goo Goo Dolls announced for Naples festival

Country stars Old Dominion are bringing their catchy, laid-back sound to this year’s Live Fest in Naples. They’ll be joined by ’90s rockers Goo Goo Dolls .

Organizers announced the lineup for the fifth-annual music festival Monday morning.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23. General admission tickets are $145.

“VIP Experiences” tickets start at $340 for Live Pit seating closer to the stage. They go as high as $1,300 for the stage-side lounge.

Old Dominion’s witty, infectious country hits include “Hotel Key,” “One Man Band,” “Written In The Sand” and “Memory Lane.” They’ve been named Group of the Year six times at the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM Awards) and five times at the Country Music Awards (CMAs).

Goo Goo Dolls are best known for ’90s rock hits such as “Iris,” “Slide” and “Name.” The group was founded by bassist Robby Takac and singer/guitarist John Rzeznik.

Live Fest will also feature Georgia-born country singer Lauren Alaina , who was the 2011 runner-up on “American Idol.” Her hits include “One Beer,” “Road Less Traveled” and “Dancin’ In the Moonlight.”
