TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida couple was astounded after capturing a waterspout on camera just off the coast of Bonita Springs.
X user BonitaDad posted video of the water spout Sunday, saying it was spotted off the 9th green of Bonita Bay’s Bay Island.
“Look at it on the water, honey!” the user is heard saying.
According to NBC affiliate WBBH, southwest Florida was hit by thunderstorms that flooded some roads even quicker than residents expected.
