A new Dairy Queen is set to open at 4535 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34112, franchisee Jim Dolan told Business Debut.
After a permitting process spanning a couple of years, the project is now in its final stages. Dolan is currently in the process of selecting a contractor to begin construction, which is expected to take approximately 6 months.
The new Dairy Queen location is projected to open early 2025.
This marks Dolan’s first Dairy Queen franchise, but he expressed intentions to open more locations in the future.
As construction progresses, Naples residents can anticipate the arrival of this popular ice cream chain, bringing its signature Blizzards, sundaes and other frozen treats to the area.
