Naples, FL’s Dunkin Donuts cited for 4 violations in Collier County, follow-up needed

Dunkin Donuts at 13180 Livingston Rd in Naples, Florida, recently got a visit from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation for a routine inspection on July 17, which resulted in the need for a follow-up inspection despite now high-priority violations discovered.

The inspection at the Collier County establishment identified four violations, leading to the follow-up review. This location of the popular coffee and donut chain, with a 3.7-star rating from 417 Google reviews, serves a variety of breakfast items and beverages.

A customer named Johana Pacheco said on Google Reviews:

The people who serve are very friendly and polite, they told us about some new products and everything was delicious. The place very clean and tidy.

Intermediate violations highlighted by the inspector include the lack of proof of state-approved employee training for staff employed for more than 60 days. The operator was unable to provide documentation for employees Jersen, Maria, and Claudio.

Furthermore, there was no proof that food employees were informed of their responsibility to report health issues related to foodborne illnesses. Seven employees had not completed the necessary forms.
