Collier County Commissioner Rick LoCastro addressed a nuisance home in Goodland in a recent newsletter. “For many years a house on a very visible corner in Goodland (660 Palm Ave) has looked more like a junkyard than a home,” he wrote. “Citizens for years have complained to county leadership – but to no avail.”
