Collier County, Florida, restaurants with the most violations in last 30 days

With an estimated population of 404,310 in Collier County, according to the United States Census Bureau 2023 data, many residents and visitors frequently visit local eateries.

In the last 30 days, the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation has conducted inspections on 150 restaurants in the county. According to state records, 110 establishments successfully passed their inspections on the first visit, while 40 did not initially meet the necessary standards.

Collier County Restaurant Inspections: Recent Results

This report highlights six restaurants that have received double-digit violations during their recent inspections.

Among these, Beef O’Brady’s leads with 23 violations, which includes seven high-priority infractions identified during an inspection conducted on September 18, 2024.

Following this inspection, state authorities recommended an administrative complaint and deemed a follow-up review necessary. A subsequent inspection on September 23 revealed seven remaining violations, which require further action.
