Kristen Coury stands onstage in Gulfshore Playhouse’s new, $72 million home and looks out into the aisles. The stage is empty. Plastic sheets cover the theater seats. Soon, the new theater will welcome its first audiences when the Cole Porter musical “Anything Goes” opens Oct. 27. It’s a moment that’s been two decades in the making – a dream Coury’s had since first moving to Naples and founding Gulfshore Playhouse in 2004.
