Ave Maria Development, the developer of the town of Ave Maria, was recognized in 12 categories for 13 awards by the National Association of Home Builders, including being a Silver Finalist for Master-Planned Community of the Year. The annual awards gala was held in Las Vegas on February 25 th . The top-selling master-planned community received 2 Gold Awards and 11 Silver Awards for its outstanding achievements in 12 building industry categories. The awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales by individuals and teams across 61 categories spanning various disciplines of the new home industry.
