New details from Naples Airport Authority on plane that left Naples and crashed in Minnesota

The Naples Municipal Airport made a correction today (March 31) regarding an airplane that took off from the airport on Saturday and crashed hours later in a neighborhood in Minnesota.

Robin King, director of community relations and communications for Naples Municipal Airport, originally said the plane’s owner is not a tenant of the airport. However, the airport issued a clarification Monday, saying the airport authority had since learned that the aircraft’s owner leased space as Aras, LLC.

The owner’s involved aircraft was registered to DGW Enterprises .
