According to one of our regular followers who spoke to the contractor, Sergei Kaminskiy’s house across from The Pink Shell Resort is scheduled to be demolished today. The demo permit was issued to Kaminskiy last week and the contractor was setting up his equipment on the property Monday.
At a Special Magistrate hearing earlier this month Kaminskiy’s attorney Noel Davies told Judge John Laningham that a contract had been signed with the demo company and as soon as the demo permit was issued by the town the structure will be gone within 30 days…
