After a yearlong hiatus, the Naples Area Board of Realtors is bringing back its Leadership Academy.
The new curriculum, according to a statement, provides “well-defined leadership experiences that meet the targeted competencies required of tomorrow’s Realtor professionals and association leaders and aligns with NABOR’s strategic goals and objectives.”
The class will also embark on a board-directed, collaborative skill-building project to improve their public speaking and presentation skills, the release states.
