Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is just a short drive of the road from Marco Island in South Naples and they offer programs all summer long to keep young and old alike engaged in our environment.

In August, “Through the Lens of Nature: A Celebration of Flora, Fauna and Culture” is coming to the Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center Art Gallery.
Presented by the local artist group Collective 5, it’s a mixed media exhibit featuring the works of Giampaolo Curreri, Lin Nesdale, Jody Futteman, Peggy Keigley and Lisett Lloren and offers “a rich tapestry of art inspired by nature and local culture.”…
