FIU Softball has announced the addition of freshmen Jordyn Kinn and Riley Silvers. Kinn is a native of Naples, Florida, who is majoring in criminal justice. Silvers is a native of Chicago, Illinois, who’s also majoring in criminal justice.

A class of 2025 graduate from Barron Collier High School, Kinn was a consistent four-year varsity starter in the outfield. During those four seasons, she helped lead her team to a 53-40 record, including two district titles in 2023 and 2024.
As a senior, Kinn was ranked #148 in Florida and hit .533 with 36 runs scored and 10 triples. She played catcher during her sophomore and junior seasons. In her junior season, Kinn batted .493 with 40 RBI, seven doubles, and six triples.
Jordyn Kinn was accredited as Player of the Game three times, twice as a freshman and once as a sophomore. As a versatile and ambitious outfielder, she ranked in the top 122 statewide for one stat, top 13 in 4A for one stat, and top 2 in 5A District 12 for two stats…
