Miami, Florida – Above-normal heat continues to bake South Florida as highs climb into the mid to upper 90s inland, with Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach each nearing 92°F Monday afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service in Miami, temperatures will remain well above average into midweek. Coastal cities will see highs in the lower 90s, while Naples and other southwest interior areas could spike to 95°F. Forecasters also caution that an isolated thunderstorm may develop late in the day across southwest Florida.
