FGCU Parking Services released an email to students and faculty regarding updated parking guidelines to increase fines, fees and the augmentation of head-in parking on the Estero campus. The FGCU Board of Trustees (BOT) approved the increased enforcement to make way for a new virtual parking system.
“All vehicles parked on campus must park head-in,” FGCU Parking Services said.”Recent technology upgrades with Parking Services now require vehicle license plates to face the drive or travel lane. Previous enforcement was done by walking around the vehicle and running license plates with a handheld device.”…
