Nearly three years after Hurricane Ian, Fort Myers Beach residents and business owners are approaching a critical deadline.
On Sept. 23, the town will begin enforcing the expiration of all remaining temporary use permits that allowed residents to live in RVs, trailers or other nontraditional structures after the storm.
