ESTERO, Fla. – Cameratta Companies has begun clearing land for the future construction of the Kingston community, which will span a total of more than 6,702 acres in Estero, Fla., a city located in Lee County in Southwest Florida.
This is a conservation restoration project. Phase I will transform 2,700 acres of land – long existing as overgrown farmland – into a community that pairs environmental preserves with residential neighborhoods and commercial space.
