Warrior Homes of Collier will host its 2025 Hope & Honor Gala dinner and auction this fall, featuring retired U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. John F. Sattler as its first-time distinguished guest speaker. The annual event will take place on Nov. 7 at the Naples Yacht Club.
Sattler has dedicated over 37 years to serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He served as the director of strategic plans and policy on the Joint Staff from 2006 until his retirement in 2008. Prior to that, he was the commanding general of the First Marine Expeditionary Force, as well as commander, Marine Corps Forces Central Command from 2004 to 2006.
“We’re honored to have such an esteemed member of our armed services at our gala as our first-ever guest speaker,” said Dale Mullin, a retired Vietnam veteran, founder and president of Warrior Homes of Collier. “He understands the issues our veterans are dealing with, and we appreciate his support of our organization.”
