It’s Champagne-and-caviar Fridays at The Continental

Got those September, it’s-been-hot-here-forever blues? The Continental may have something to raise those flagging spirits.

Every Friday through Oct. 24, the stylish steakhouse offers a Champagne & Caviar experience. For $60 per person, the experience includes an amuse bouche, salad and entrée.

The amuse is a tallow-fried potato tot, crème fraiche, chives and Osetra caviar, paired with a glass of Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rose, Albert Bichot, from Burgundy. The salad is composed of baby gem lettuce, onion, tomato, bacon and crumbled blue dressing. The entrée includes a petite Creekstone filet, grilled shrimp, asparagus and Bearnaise sauce…
