Fortune magazine released its 2025 list of the best workplaces in aging services, and 15 home-based care providers made the cut.
Qualicare Home Care, a San Diego-based provider of personal care, companionship and respite care services, earned the top spot. Qualicare employs 225 workers who deliver excellent home-based care, according to client testimonials on its website.
