A licensee of low-power broadcast TV stations serving Lee and Collier Counties in Southwest Florida has made concurrent filings with the FCC seeking its regulatory approval for the sale of the properties to two distinct owners.
One of the owners is a major religious broadcasting ministry.
The seller is Fort Myers DTV, which is linked to the Guenter Marksteiner Revocable Trust. In the first deal, it has agreed to spin WZDT-LD in Naples, Fla., to Miles Ahead Media LLC.…
