Celebrating Lou Frattarelli’s Retirement

Engage Estero is honored to recognize Lou Frattarelli, a remarkable leader, dedicated community advocate, and longtime friend of Estero. Lou has served for many years on the Engage Estero Board of Directors and as a valued member of the Traffic Safety Committee, consistently working to make our community safer and stronger.

Before his time in Estero, Lou dedicated over 37 years to the U.S. Navy, retiring as Deputy Supervisor of Shipbuilding at General Dynamics Electric Boat Division. In this role, he led an on-site office of more than 400 personnel and managed the design and construction of the Navy’s 688, Trident, Seawolf, and Virginia Nuclear Submarine Programs— a career defined by precision, leadership, and service to our country.

Lou’s dedication extends beyond his professional life. Alongside his wife, Louise, he has been actively involved with the Estero Forever Foundation, supporting projects that preserve and enhance the beauty and vitality of our community. Their commitment to giving back has touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy in Estero…
