Collier leaders have completed final hurdles toward a groundbreaking targeted for next July for a veterans’ nursing home.
The Collier County Commission has signed off on transferring $10 million to the state of Florida and another agreement to transfer 23.5 acres on the county-owned Golden Gate Golf Course as the site for the 120-bed nursing home and adult day center.
