LSI Companies, Inc., brokered a 2,247-acre agricultural property in Naples for $20,770,000. The property, named Williams Reserve as a namesake of the longtime Immokalee family who previously owned the property, was acquired by Collier County. The County purchased from Diane R. Williams and Carrie E. Williams, individually and as co-trustees of the James E. Williams Jr. Trust, a non-exempt estate tax sheltered trust, on Aug. 13, 1993.
The property is located at Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.
