The mayor of Naples has hit a roadblock in her defense against a drunk-driving charge that got her arrested over a year ago.
Collier County Circuit Judge Rob Crown denied Teresa Heitmann’s request to suppress dashcam video footage captured by two Naples police vehicles from her arrest at a pretrial conference on Sept. 26.
