An affordable housing apartment community in East Naples finalized financing and is ready to start construction.
McDowell Housing Partners is building Ekos Creekside, a 160-unit, seven-story building with a separate clubhouse at 6360 Collier Blvd., on the northbound side of 951, across from Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. Rookery Bay is a protected estuary.
